LEAD THE FUTURE - 2025

Target Audience

This competition is open to young minds interested in developing their leadership qualities.

Competition Format

Team Formation: Each team must consist of 2-3 members. Pre-registration is mandatory.

Rounds:

• Round 1: Online Leadership Quiz - Test your knowledge and critical thinking skills through a series of leadership-based questions.
• Round 2: Problem-Solving Presentation (PowerPoint video submission) - Collaborate with your team to create a solution for a complex leadership problem. Submit your solution in the form of a PowerPoint video presentation.
• Final Round : On-the-spot leadership challenge during the grand finale - The top teams will go head-to-head in an on-the-spot problem-solving challenge. Demonstrate your leadership and decision-making skills under pressure while managing an unexpected scenario.

Judging Criteria

Judges will evaluate teams based on creativity, leadership ability, problem-solving approach, and teamwork.
