Digital Khichuri Challenge was mainly organized by United Nations Development programme (UNDP). The programme was announced on 7th July 2020. It was an online idea submission challenge about The participation of the youth ‘In preventing adverse reactions to the frontline fighters and Corona victims’. Negative behaviour or statements hurt the social structure. Youth can free us from this. Main motive was to make the youth thinking of something new that could maintain peace and harmony in the country.
Through a conceptual video youth were inspired to participate in this program. Through MIST Innovation Club (MIC) MISTians got the chance to participate in the programme. Adil Ahnaf Mugdho was the campus ambassador. Participants could register till 9th July 2020 and for any queries MisTians could freely contact with the campus ambassador.
The best idea holder would get $15 dollar and experienced mentorship or guidance to implement his idea. There would also be opportunities to work and learn with the United Nations and international organizations.
This program is an example that MIC has a link up with UNDP which can provide international participation of MisTians.
