About The Event
πππ PITCH CAMP 3.0 is an Intra MIST presentation competition. As engineers, the majority of MIST students struggle with presentation and participation in business or concept competitions. Pitch Camp will be a comparable competition for MISTians that will assist them in exhibiting their concept to the outside world while improving their presenting abilities.

Rules

Atleast 2 members with a maximum of 3 members in a team.

Number of slides is not fixed.

Description of the registration process
Registration from 03 June to 13 June 2024
Offline Registration
- Registration fee 135 BDT per team
- The booth will be placed at MIST. First, you have to collect a form from our representatives, present in the booth.
- After collecting, fill-up the form and give it to our representatives with the registration fee.

Preliminary bootcamp: 15/06/24

- This Bootcamp session aims to equip participants with essential skills for impactful participation
- The session will be conducted in Facebook Live through Zoom Cloud Meetings
- A trainer will conduct the session about Presentation skills and Pitching Hacks
- Objective is to give participants idea of delivering a good presentation
Description of 1st round
The team will be given a case based on the lottery, and they will have to provide an innovative solution regarding the topic. Then, the team will make a video of the idea, which should be 4-5 minutes long. The video link needs to be submitted through the submission form. We will send the submission form via email after registration.

90% from the judges

- Result will be published in Facebook page, group and website
- Email will be sent to the participants who got selected with 2nd round topic
Description of Final round
Physical presentation
- Top 6 teams from the first round will participate in 2nd round
- Topic/Case will be given beforehand via mail and also facebook post
- The final case presentation will be held physically in MIST on 30th June
- Judges will be given a marksheet where they will input the scores
- Presentation time 5 mins + 2 mins for Q/A

You can pay the fees both online & offline. The online procedure is via Bkash & Nagad and for offline procedure, we set up a booth in front of MIST Cafeteria.

Top 6 teams will compete in 2nd round.
